11 year old threatens to Pop-A-Glock In Your Head & BAM! Another YouTube Sensation Is Born

I have to be honest. Though I am an “internet geek”, I am not always up on the latest internet viral phenomenons. It sounds crazy, and I am always shocked- but when it comes to internet sensations- I am always the last to know. Luckily, my husband on the other hand is all over it like a college kid on a booze luge.

Come on’ the fact that my photoshopping skills are awful, make it more funny- doesn’t it?

Mr. Complicated was the first one to tell me about the Old Spice dude on YouTube, the first to tell me about the Snooki crasher pictures, and this was also the case with this week’s YouTube sensation- Jessi Slaughter.

For those of you, like me who have no idea who this adorable 11 year old is, she is the latest guest to hit the Good Morning America stage to talk about Cyber Bullying- which to me is a little ironic based on what got Jessi into the predicament she is facing in the first place.

But lets start at the very beginning to give you a close look shall we?

Is this the face of someone being cyberbullied- or is this the face OF a cyber bully? – I’m still not sure- But after this video went public on YouTube, 11 year old Jessie continued to get nasty comments left, and well Jessi’s Dad wasn’t happy about it- and suddenly, neither was Jessi…. and this is REALLY when the Shhh hit the fan.

With mentions of “The Cyber Police”,”Back-Tracers” and people “Dun Goof’d”…. bloggers and life casters had a field day. Memes and video remixes began popping up all over the internet.

On one hand, it is kind of hysterical because the man is clearly not playing with a full deck.

On the other hand, can we go back to the first video?…

Am I the only one who can see this misguided young girl who for whatever reason, thought that posting a video on the internet with the language of a truck driver and threats of a gang member, was the way to get attention? Yes, her father seemed angry in his “Dun Goof’d” retaliation video, but is it really the commentators who “Dun Goof’d” or is it the parents and their lack of monitoring their child’s internet behavior? (or dare I say- her behavior over all?)

In either case, thankfully Jessi is seeking counseling
