Happy Cyber Monday everyone! Anyone else just smelling the deals in the air this morning?!? I cant wait to see whats out there… however, before I start my shopping today I’m here to tell you some of the things that I ‘Didn’t do’ last week.
- I did not thoroughly enjoy making ‘turkey cupcakes’ with my little man (Thanks for the idea Betty!)
- Obviously, I did not break the diet yet again… and eat lots of appetizers, turkey and miscellaneous desserts.
-I also did not continue to eat the left overs the next day
- I never would have broken a 20+ yr family tradition of Black Friday shopping because I was just not in the mood.
-So it definitely was not me who was sitting in her PJs, sipping on coffee shopping online & discovering the wonderful world of EBATES for over 5 hours. (If you dont know about Ebates.. and their double rewards, you must check them out!)
- I
n>did not pick out the ugliest curtains for my kitchen due to pressure of HAVING to get the sale at JCPenny on Saturday…. and now have to return them by myself with 2 kids at my side.
- I did not wait in the freezing rain at Radio City Music Hall wanting to cry from mixing the gusts of chilling wet wind with the frustration of having to keep my lil man in the cold (although he notably looked SO cute in his santa hat with his little Elmo umbrella)
- So, you can mark it in the book that it WAS NOT ME who offered our 3 yr old my Starbucks to keep his tummy warm.
