Week 1 Weight Loss Results

It wasn’t easy my friends, but I have completed week 1! Woo hoo!

Freshology has definitely helped me refocus on healthy meals and portion control. This week I learned that much like my pre-schooler I will eat anything as long as it is masked in pizza- even asparagus, that swordfish is shiny (ew!)… and most of all- that I DO indeed have will power!!

Dieting during labor day weekend is not easy- unless you lock yourself in the house for the weekend- which don’t think I didn’t consider…. I mean, who starts a diet before a weekend filled with yummy dips and desserts?? Me. that’s who.

The good news? I held strong. The other good news? … this week, the scale is my friend.

    Woo-hoo!  Congratulations! Four pounds is awesome & a great motivator for staying on track this coming week. Good luck at the gym- you should pick a new class or something different to do so it will be more like an “adventure.” And a new workout outfit never hurts either! A reward for a great week last week & motivation for this week! (a lot of old navy’s fitness stuff is on sale, btw!!)

       Isn’t junk food all of our downfalls? … the grease, the carbs, the cheese- it all tastes so good — for the moment…. then we hate ourselves afterwards lol Its a vicious cycle- at least it was for me.

    4 lbs. is huge, especially during “that” time of the month.  Sounds like you are sticking to it and overcoming your cravings.  Good for you.

      Thanks so much!! I am trying! The desserts after dinner I think is what is keeping me focused. Makes me feel like I’m “cheating” to have a little sweets lol
