With my first child, God blessed me with a true foodie. My aspiring Cake Boss loves making food just as much as eating it. Even as a toddler, he would try pretty much everything you gave him. He didn’t have many dislikes – well except mashed potatoes – which still BLOWS. MY. MIND. Who doesn’t like mashed potatoes?? Still, I was lucky (more mashed potatoes for me) . Oh, how I wish I had only truly appreciated how good I had it when it came to meal time with a preschooler who would eat anything.
Fast forward to my second child. My princess. If this child could live off of pizza, chicken nuggets and mac and cheese- she would be completely content. Only recently (I’m talking last week-recently) did she start to try different kinds of pasta. Try and get her to eat a meat or a vegetable? Near impossible. But I’ve found her weak spot– cheese! So I make sure my kitchen is always stocked with Kraft Singles– and together with my BFF, Pinterest, I’ve learned to get creative with american cheese in order to get her to try new things. {Want to stock your home with Kraft Single goodness?
