Old sweats, concert tee… we’re just going to get all gross and sweated up anyway! Once upon a time, that use to my mindset when it came to gym attire.
No-fuss, no-frills…. also? NO motivation.
I did not want to be at the gym and my clothes reflected it.
Then I began to discover cute activewear and my whole life – OK. Not my life– but definitely my whole mindset changed.
When I start my day by putting on a bright strappy sports bra, workout pants and colorful kicks, it pretty much ensures a workout is happening! I look in the mirror and instead of seeing frump, I see pumped!

Playing with pattern leggings can be intimidating. It’s true that not all patterns are flattering on all body types… that being said… try them out anyway! Even if you THINK there is NO WAY you can pull it off. You may be surprised when you get them on.
