If you live here in the Northeast, snow falling and leaving us with a sloshy, icy mess is an inescapable reality. And year after year, I hear one common style-conundrum come up again and again- the issue of finding practical winter-weather footwear that doesn’t feel frumptastic!
The struggle is real. Because like it or not, for us snow peeps battling cold, icy weather for 2+ months, all weather boots are not a choice, they’re a necessity.

They are Sorel boots and like many of the “cute” snow boots out there, they may feel like an investment when you consider you are only wearing them for a few months out of the year, but let me tell you– THEY LAST. My Sorels have seen over 3 winters and am just now considering getting new ones… and if I’m being honest, a new pair of snow boots for me right now is more of a want not a need. There is nothing wrong with the ones I currently have. 3 years later and they still keep my tooties toasty and dry & look cute too.
