It’s not a secret, as we age our skin changes. We lose elasticity. Our skin tone becomes uneven. And yes eventually, we see the start of fine lines and *gulp* wrinkles.
But whether you plan on aging gracefully or going out kicking and screaming (as I admittedly plan to do), it never hurts to be in the know about great products that can prevent, improve and/or turn back the hands of time– if only for a few hours– because when our skin feels good and looks good it is an instant confidence booster.
This week, I decided to take Roloxin Lift into my “beauty lab” (aka– my bathroom) and test it out.
What is Roloxin Lift?
Roloxin Lift is an instant wrinkle-smoothing mask that lasts up to 24 hours.

The Scoop
Roloxin Lift comes in small individual sized packets that you activate by kneading a bit. Once activated, the mask is applied to a clean, damp face and takes approximately 7 minutes to harden (and turn white– like in the above pic).
After 7 minutes is up, you can wash it off, apply moisturizer, make-up– your normal beauty routine.
My Experience
I had to try this twice because the first time, my face was just bordering on a breakout and the mask definitely brought out those pimples– it wasn’t pretty. But after 2 days, my skin was back to normal and my experience was much better.
I love products that work with other products so you don’t have to choose either/or. When I tried my Roloxin, I washed my face with face wash, applied Roloxin, a face moisturizer and some light make up. My skin felt great!
I personally stress using moisturizer after the mask because my skin did feel a little dry after (Benzyl Alcohol is an active ingredient).
And while admittedly, I do not (at this time) have deep wrinkles, I did notice that my skin felt firmer and my make up went on more even.
The Investment
Like any high end beauty product, Roloxin is an investment for your skin. It retails at Sephora for $110 for 10 packets.
That being said, if you struggle with wrinkles and large pores, this product could be your secret weapon for those special occasions where you will be photographed and want your skin to look flawless.
And each packet could probably be split between two uses, spot treating areas & stretching those invested dollas ;)
