The gorgeous gowns that are shown off on the red carpet always leave me dying to attend a formal affair.
This year The Grammy’s® had a few stand outs that I loved, but could never in a million years afford even if I did have a formal affair to attend.
Below is some affordable celebrity inspired fashion from this year’s Grammy’s®–
Beyonce
Good Lord! Is there anything Beyonce can’t pull off? This understated black and white blocked look was by far my favorite- possibly because it’s something that is dressy enough to be fab but also semi-casual enough to wear to a wedding, Christening or other formal party.
*Note: the peplum top below, makes this “look for less” a little more flattering for those of us lacking Sasha Fierce’s ridiculously perfect post-baby bod.

Katy Perry
Some people thought Katy Perry showed too much. I say, if I were built like Katy Perry….um, I’d have been showing it all off too. I think Katy did it in a way that was not too over the top, and I loved the retro feel. She was totally a modern day Pricilla Presley. Katy Perry’s Look For Less that I put together is a little more forgiving and covered up that the real-deal… which almost makes me love it more!

Carrie Underwood
Ah, Carrie Underwood… the woman that makes my husband drool anytime her face makes a cameo TV or graces the cover of a magazine. Carrie’s dress was gorgeous and classic. Mermaid dresses are tricky– at least for me– but still gorgeous. This Carrie Underwood knock off look is pretty close to the real thing and definitely a whole lot less expensive. Did you see the price tag on her diamonds? $31 MILLION dollars- for serious.
Rhianna
Rhianna’s dress was flowy and romanic- and I loved it all… with the exception of her nipple-show-and-tell. Am I the only woman who fears public nippleitous?

Taylor Swift
And last but certainly not least, T-Swizzle. Taylor Swift‘s Grammy look was very Greek Goddess. I can see Taylor’s Grammy dress look-a-likes like this being worn for prom this year.
